Start with a basic chia pudding blend:
In a bowl or mason jar, for each serving, put in:
4 TB chia seeds
1 cup of plant based milk of your choice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 TB. of maple syrup.
Whisk well, put in the fridge, and a bit later, whisk again to avoid clumping. Let sit overnight.
In the morning, add:
2 TB. of your favorite jam
1 TB of nut butter
lots of fruits – berries, bananas, etc.
